1989 Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade Video Store Promotional POP Kit RARE
This belongs in a museum(hoping it finds its way to one)! For sale is a Video Store mailer from Paramount used to promote Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade on VHS in 1989. An incredibly hard to find package all in one place! Collectors may recognize bits and pieces from this kit that turn up every once in awhile. It is not uncommon for single components of this kit to sell online for hundreds - and very rarely does the entire package go up for sale! This appears to be a 100% complete mailer (however, not a lot of information exists on these - so see photos for what is included). Lot Includes:
The Last Crusade Embossed + Gold/Silver Foil Counter Display. Amazing display piece - the printing on this is unreal. The entire display is embossed and has elements of gold and silver foil throughout. Stunning display - also includes original print registration punchout!
Paperwork: Instruction sheet, Paramount letterhead, Last Crusade Portrait page, Ad Mat - All in great condition (see photos)
Rolled Original Video Store Last Crusade Poster. Excellent condition with no major damage, stains or rips. Longer than a standard poster and includes a release date along the top. The top section is perforated about 4" from the top (still attached and in excellent condition). Has been stored rolled - appears unused.
Original Mailer Box from Paramount - truly incredible that after all these decades this box is still intact! Video Stores typically disposed of this material once done advertising the film - amazing that the box is still around. Part of the postage is still on the cover, along with expected wear from handling and shipping.
Original Video Store Banner with Twine. Excellent condition - twine is intact and there is no major damage to the banner (huge). Stored folded.
BONUS - Raiders of the Lost Ark Counter Display Never used. Never unfolded. Includes ticket pad in excellent condition! Stored in a protective polybag.
This piece is for the serious Jones collection and deserves an entire wall for show. It is a true survivor and wonderful showpiece from the greatest adventure franchise of all time.
