    To assist in your evaluation, we provide high-resolution photos from multiple angles. You are encouraged to contact us prior to purchase with any questions or requests for additional photos. We are happy to help.

    All buyers will receive the exact items shown on our website, unless multiple quantities are listed. In cases of multiple quantities, the other items available are in similar or better condition. Additional photos of specific items can be provided upon request.

    Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. When available, collectibles are sent in protective polybags or star cases. Higher-value purchases require signature confirmation and are shipped fully insured for your peace of mind.

    You’ll stay informed every step of the way. Email notifications, including automated shipping updates, keep you up to date on your order - from processing to delivery. Our goal is to make collecting safe, simple, and worry-free.

  • Due to the unique and collectible nature of our items, we maintain a strict return policy. Remorse returns are not accepted, so please review listings carefully before purchasing.

    If an item is damaged in transit, it is important to keep all original packaging and the shipping box. Please provide clear photographs of the damage and packaging so we can promptly file an insurance claim with the carrier. Claims cannot be processed without this documentation. Once we receive this documentation electronically and the item has been returned to us, a full refund will be issued immediately (you will not need to wait for the insurance claim process).

    Any attempts at fraudulent transactions will be reported to the authorities and result in permanent blacklisting. By following these guidelines, we can ensure a secure, transparent, and fair experience for all collectors.
