Box is in excellent condition with no major dents or creases. Shrink is clean and mostly tight to the box with no major rips or tears. Shrink does have some minor scuffing and yellowing and there is a small seam separation in one corner (visible in photos). Overall, excellent collector condition for this hard to find game.
